Steeplechaseluxury apartments are a Awesome place to live. I have been here 6 years in April and I am counting on resigning in April.

I have been living at Steeplechase for almost a year, about 6 months ago the property was purchased by Friedman communities, and since then I have been extremely pleased with the Management especially Kayla, Morgan and Ashley have been so helpful and always so friendly. The maintenance staff are extremely prompt, Cable and internet 5G, So if you are on the fence about making the move get off the fence and into Steeplechase.

Sold our condo in late March in 2 days and needed to find a place to stay until our new condo was remodeled. Looked at Steeplechase and rented unit starting April 1. It was owned by Roco Real Estate at that time. Had some problems/concerns with maintenance issues. Maintenance staff was having problems with getting repair parts for A/C. Found out that Roco wasn't allowing them to order/purchase needed parts because the complex was in the process of being sold. Once Friedman Real Estate purchase complex and Eric became manager this changed. Eric was very proactive and addressed concerns/problems head on in a prompt and timely manner. He seems to be trying to make Steeplechase a better complex
